About The Role:

The Institute of Swimming are seeking an Assessment and Resulting Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (35 hours per week).This role will be home based with the requirement to work from our office in Loughborough (Leicestershire) on occasion.

Where possible flexible working will be considered.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Institute of Swimming as part of a busy team. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, effective and timely awarding of learners certificates.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance and Funded Training Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering all course paperwork received by the tutor workforce in good time to ensure that results can be processed for certification
  • Processing learners results for certification as per the relevant Awarding Organisations processes
  • Ensur ing that all course resulting administration is completed in good time
  • Ensuring that certificates are issued to all learners in good time and in line with designated time scales

About You:


  • Comprehensive IT skills including a thorough knowledge of wordprocessing, databases and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage a varied administrative work program
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
