My client is a well established main contractor, who has been in the industry for decades. They are a private business passing down from generation to generation, specialising in multiple sectors.

The Role:

My Client, a longstanding main contractor is searching for a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager who can demonstrate a main contractor background, working on projects to £12m.

As a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of the project from inception to completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally coming from a trade's background, you will be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career to date.

You will be knowledgeable when it comes to new build, refurbishment/renovations, and extensions, as well as being able to deal with local community input.

Qualifications are not imperative for this role, but your ability to show working knowledge with a show not tell attitude is a must.

Ideally you will hold a CSCS card and will have completed the CITB site manager's certificate.
