Senior Support Worker
- **Salary**: £28,620 - £29,552 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications (including 5 sleep-ins per month paid at £60.71 per night)

The maximum full time job rate is potential is £30,747 per annum which is performance related (including 5 sleep-ins per month at £60.71 per night)

About the role:


You will assist the management team to support, direct and utilise staff and resources on-shift to ensure that the home achieves its strategic aims.


You will play a key part in maintaining relationships not only with the child or young person but also; parents or other family members, social workers, school staff and other relevant professionals.
