A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a fully qualified Finance Director (CCAB or equivalent) for a growing, family run business based in and around the beautiful county of Devon.

The morals and ethos of the company are strong with the sense of communityand well-being at the heart of what they do.

The business has multiple sites in Devon spanning up to the borders of Somerset and Cornwall.

Do you have the desire to work for an SME in a role that will take full accountability of the finance function, and will require the maintenance and development of the already established, strong process and controls to enable the business reach the nextlevel of growth.

Responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:

Monthly management and reporting of all aspects relating to the outsourced transactional accounting
Forecasting
Cashflow analysis and forecasting

Variance analysis

P&L
Balance sheet control accounts review
Confident in dealing with Banks
Audit ensuring all aspect are fit for purpose in a detailed and rigours manner ensure statutory regulations are complied with.

Stakeholders

Ensuring all parties are fully informed and suitably skilled from CEO and board level through to external contacts as well as the general staffing team.

You will need to be qualified in either ACCA/ACA/ or CIMA (or equivalent) with a CV that demonstrates a good mix of skills from guiding and supporting teams of people on site, dealing with outsourced services, close liaison with Banks as well providing financialguidance to the CEO, senior team and at board level.

Desirable experience:
financial re-structuring requiring close liaison with the Bank to ensure a focussed attention on working capital.
