Duties:


  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set for the next guests
  • Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Familiarity with retail math for calculating bills and making change
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Understanding of the food service industry and customer service principles

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
