We're hiring
Aon are currently recruiting a LatAm Gerente Broking Facilities Underwriter to join our team in London.

The LatAm Gerente Broking Facilities Underwriter will be primarily responsible for portfolio optimization analysis to improve the performance of underwriters providing their reinsurance capacities towards our programs and work to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive reinsurance solutions.

Your impact as a LatAm Gerente Broking Facilities Underwriter:
Underwriting of facultative reinsurance risks through Facilities, Binding Authorities, Line Slips, and other portfolio solutions.
Service Aon's broking network in EMEA.
Bring together and load all data for quoted risks and subsequent processing: Bound, Declined or Not taken up opportunities.
Portfolio optimization analysis to improve the performance of underwriters providing their reinsurance capacities towards our programs.
Work to find opportunities for using company data to drive reinsurance solutions.
Analysis to facilitate business planning and corporate financials (Budget, Forecast, Actual analysis)
Monitoring of back-office tasks, issuance of placement slips and endorsements.

Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

About you

Your knowledge and expertise:

Validated technical competence of client needs and the Reinsurance Market
Have a strong background in broking/underwriting facultative reinsurance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have strong industry networking skills and knowledge
Have excellent sales and marketing skills
