1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

Location:

Luton

We are looking for:

DegreeSix are working a large SEND secondary school in Luton. We are looking for an SEND teaching assistant to work 1;1 alongside a key stage 3/4 student with PMLD. The student will require additional and adaptable levels of support throughout the school day.

Within this role you will experience a variety of different conditions such as ASD/SEMH as well as other complex needs.

To be successful:

Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this)
A positive and proactive attitude with a bubbly and resilient personality
Confident in supporting young children with their challenges throughout the school day.
Ability to work well in small groups and 1:1, as well as assisting the teacher with the daytoday curriculum.
