An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager has arisen within a CDMO, who have a focus on clinical manufacturing from First-in-Human to Phase II clinical research.

They are going through immense growth and are looking for a strong HR professional, who havestrong business partnering and recruitment skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Overseeing recruitment, selection and onboarding in the rapidly growing business.
Making sure the company is compliant with procedures and policies, and they are uptodate.
Providing HR Support throughout the company, including with the leadership team.
Overseeing and managing monthly payroll processes.
Level 5 CIPD qualification minimum.
