Winners Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a well renowned, reputable Smugglers haven in the very popular area of Port Isaac.


As a Restaurant Manager you will be passionate about providing the highest standard of customer service and go the extra mile approach within a very fast paced environment.

During high season the restaurant can do up to 250 covers per day offering
casual lunches and more formal dining in the evening.


Duties of the role will be taking charge of the Front of house areas and driving the team to meet sales driven targets on the number of covers and return custom.


Working closely with senior managers and promoting a great working relationship with the kitchen teams as well as the Front of house team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers inquiries, complaints, feedback, and suggestions


Previous restaurant experience of at least 3 + an advantage and experience of dealing with establishments at turn over at least 1million per annum.


Salary:
£30k to £40k per year dependent on experience
NO LIVE IN ACCOMMODATION- Own transport required
