Description

Business Analysts with strong collateral and transformation knowledge sought for a role with a boutique Capital Markets consultancy in London.

You will need the following domain experience to be successful:

  • Strong OTC Derivatives
  • Bilateral OTC collateral management endtoend process flows (data setup static & market data, trading, controls and reconciliations, margin calls, eligibility checks settlement, substitutions, interest, etc
  • Direct experience of defining and delivering UMR solutions
  • Strong knowledge of settlement process and technology solutions, for cash and securities, incl. SWIFT messaging
  • Bilateral collateral management industry portals such as Acadia Margin Manager, Acadia IMEM, TriResolve
  • Bilateral OTC collateral management workflow
  • Custodian management including triparty and Third Party Custody.
  • OTC legal contracts and data, ISDA master ad CSA
  • Reg Trade eligibility
  • Strong knowledge of Securities Lending
  • OTC legal contracts and data
  • ISDA master, confirmations, ISDA CSAs
Additional Requirements

  • At least 5+ years expereince as a Business Analyst
  • Previous Project Management experience
  • Experience working on major transformation programmes
  • Expert knowledge of trading functions and securities finanace
  • Previous consultancy experience (Big4 is desirable)
