Responsibilities:


  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll.
  • Administer employee training and development programmes.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the organisation.
  • Provide advice to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£10.92-£13.00 per hour
