Senior Payroll Officer
- Deliver end to end payroll for the Pub Sec Group (circa 700 staff) in an accurate manner
- Manage Pension Contributions
- Be the primary contact for HMRC and pension provider
- Resolve and manage the employee pay queries
Collaboration
- Work closely with the HR function to ensure all employee data input is correct
- Be responsible for financial reporting pensions
- Liaise with HR to report and account for all benefits (variations tend to be expenses, starters and leavers etc.)
- Calculation of SSP, SMP etc.
- Reporting of overtime, deductions wherever necessary

What you need to succeed?
Senior Payroll Officer
- Sole Payroll responsibility (highly desirable)
- Extremely strong UK Payroll knowledge
- Worked on end to end payroll volumes upwards of approx. 500 staff
- Pension administration exposure
- Happy to liaise with key stakeholders within the business
- HR and Finance predominately
- Driver (highly desirable)
- Attentive and detail orientated
What's on Offer:
Senior Payroll Officer
- Salary: Up to approx. £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid usually 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH
- Full Time hours per week (typically 8:304:30 or 9:005:00)
- Permanent
- Pension: 3% employer, 5% employee
- Subsidised Gym and Leisure Centre Facilities
- Free Lunch on site everyday
- 20 days + Bank Holiday + 1.5 weeks off at Christmas time
