ProjectManager - Loyalties - £550p/d (Inside of IR35) - Hybrid - Paddington

One of the UK's largest retailers (FTSE250) now requires a Project Manager to support their loyalty campaigns with a predominant focus on loyalty product development.

The Project Manager will be tasked with improving loyalty OKRs such as customer journeys and retention.
This is an exciting opportunity for a contractor whose very customer-focussed and outcome-orientated.
The ideal Project Manager will have the following skills/experience:

  • Proven Track Record working within Agile
  • Strong Background in Retail
  • Previously worked with Loyalty/Rewards
  • Strong Experience in OKRs
  • Extensive Experience in Technical Delivery
  • Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management Skills

This is a hybrid position and would require you to be onsite for 1-2 days(s) a week at their office in Paddington.
