Apprentice Rental Administrator

  • Belvedere.


Clemence rogers' recruitment is currently working with a well-established vehicle rental company to further strengthen their focus on customer service, the control of supplier costs & maintenance provision efficiencies.


Core duties will include:

strengthen focus on customer service,the efficient & utilisation rental of vehicles,providing support with Penalty Charge Notices and vehicle documentation.

Liaise with 3rd party repairer to support the repair programme

Support stock levels by ordering the correct parts for the stores
Raise and close purchase orders
Create damage estimates for end of contract claims
Maintain compliance documentation
Support the Maintenance and Damage team day to day
Work towards the successful achievement of team targets.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade D/3) Essential

Your role will have a varied and therefore you will need to be adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills.

Prior experience of working with the public would be advantageous but not essential.

This will include the opportunity to gain a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification after a successful probation.
