Customer Service/Sales Executive - Mid-Norfolk - Excellent package

The Role:


  • Maintain contact with existing clients.
  • Encouraging agreement to carry out a review of services.
  • Identify areas where additional services or changes to existing services could benefit the client.
  • Carrying out marketing campaigns within the client base.
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Generating and qualifying leads

To be considered for the role you will:
a. Have experience in business development / telephone sales/ customer service.

b. Be hard working, task driven and target orientated.

c. Have a genuine passion and desire to prove yourself in a customer service environment.

d. Possess an ability to get your message across clearly and persuasively on the telephone.

e. You must be truly comfortable working with the telephone & be accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment.

The rewards are truly exceptional and include a generous base salary to £25,000, with a commission scheme taking OTE to over £30,000 pa.

£25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
