Customer Service/Sales Executive - Mid-Norfolk - Excellent package

The Role:

Maintain contact with existing clients.
Encouraging agreement to carry out a review of services.
Identify areas where additional services or changes to existing services could benefit the client.
Carrying out marketing campaigns within the client base.
Updating the CRM system
Generating and qualifying leads

To be considered for the role you will:
a. Have experience in business development / telephone sales/ customer service.

b. Be hard working, task driven and target orientated.

c. Have a genuine passion and desire to prove yourself in a customer service environment.

d. Possess an ability to get your message across clearly and persuasively on the telephone.

e. You must be truly comfortable working with the telephone & be accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment.

The rewards are truly exceptional and include a generous base salary to £25,000, with a commission scheme taking OTE to over £30,000 pa.
