It is essential for our Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Officer to have a proactive nature and to thrive in a fast paced environment, in order to effectively collaborate in and support a multidisciplinary team.
From contact data to agendas and minutes, you will be tasked with coherently organising information to help produce briefings and communication materials in consultation with relevant teams.
By joining our team at Ofgem, you will build close relationships with central communications teams in order to ensure a joined-up approach to the role.
You will have a proactive attitude to building and nurturing excellent stakeholder relationships as you adapt in delivering fast paced administrative support to these busy teams.
An independent thinker you will have the high creative ability to meet any challenges we face head on.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly across Ofgem supporting on a range of projects, you may also be offered longer deployment within a team where your in-demand specialist skills, knowledge and expertise are required.
These teams provide tools, behaviours and mechanisms, and as our Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Officer, you will be building Ofgem's reputation through effective management.
