Role purpose


The role encompasses responsibilities across campaigns and digital marketing, with the primary purpose of supporting the delivery and reporting of client-facing marketing content.

Requirements will include campaign planning and activation, using digital analytics to create reports, optimising our platforms, and creating bespoke customer journeys.

Additionally, the role holder will be involved in marketing projects across internal and external channels based on the business needs and team priorities.

Key accountabilities

Proactive role in supporting campaign production, activation, engagement, delivery, and reporting.
Leading on campaign analysis, reporting to the business on campaign successes, opportunities, and improvements.

Participate in the planning of cross-department projects and ensure that project briefs and intended timescales are captured - particular focus on ISG's out-of-home advertising campaigns.

Skills & experience


The role requires a highly organised individual who is a team player, able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

The person will be able to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, balancing a flexible and accommodating approach with the need to ensure that work is planned and executed to a high standard.


Skills:

Able to translate the benefits of digital systems and outputs simply and effectively to stakeholder groups.
Professional and confident demeanour, and ability to influence and challenge.
Able to work to deadlines, and re-prioritise when needed, while retaining exceptional attention to detail.
Positive and can-do attitude with a proactive, practical approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of written English.


Technical:

Experience of marketing automation and/or web content management systems (preferable - Sitecore).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.


Qualifications:

Degree educated and/or a demonstratable level of professional marketing experience

Professional qualification(s) in marketing, e.g. CIM, CAM, CIPR (desirable)
