Premier Support Services are looking to hire a Central Sales Administrator to join the team in the Midlands area required for Monday - Friday from 08:00am - 04:00pm, 37.5 Hours Per Week.

Pay Rate:
£25,000 - £30,000 p/a. Dependent On Experience.

Premier Support Services are seeking a Sales Administrator to support both the Central Sales Team and Business Development Managers to achieve their goals.

The individual selected for this role must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration support across the Sales Team.
  • Ensure compliance across all sales processes.
  • Compilation of site assessment information into official site files.
  • Review and finalise all quotation documents and accompanying documents.
  • Manage formal TUPE requests and the distribution of the corresponding measures letter.
  • Maintain comprehensive data records for all opportunities for analysis.
  • Compile and distribute data reports when requested.
  • Scheduling meetings and preparation of supporting materials.
  • Manage and maintain all sale records via SharePoint.
  • Assist colleagues in individual requests to achieve deadlines.
  • Complete cost breakdowns and other sales related documentation.
  • Daily surveillance of systems such as Proactis for crucial alerts and corresponding POs, followed by the distribution to the relevant parties.

Mandatory Skill Set:

  • Extensive Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Diary Management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident spoken and written communication skills
  • Minimum Grade B / Level 6 Maths & English qualification
  • Cando attitude with initiative to learn and develop
