There has never been a better time to join us as we embark on the next exciting phase of digital development with the introduction of a new electronic patient record (EPR).

For the Trust, our EPR is much more than a digital version of written notes.

It will bring about a transformation to the way we provide care to patients and we're looking for energetic, forward-thinkers to join the team.

The Trust is already acknowledged as a pioneer in the delivery of digital healthcare, with its award-winning digital care hub delivering care round-the-clock care homes, prisons and people in their own homes.

We want to attract staff who embrace our values of compassion, a commitment to quality of care and working together for patients: we want to make these part of our DNA.

To support the Data Quality Team in ensuring data held across the Trust contains accurate and high-quality information supporting the Data Migration and Reporting workstream within the Trust's Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programmer.

To contribute to the Data Quality Team in providing an efficient and high quality service for ensuring accurate source data.

This EPR programme for ANHSFT will become a third Trust in the joint Cerner Millennium EPR system already in use at Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust and Calderdale and

Huddersfield Foundation Trust:

Current functionality includes:

  • Patient Administration,
  • Accident & Emergency,
  • Order Requesting & Result Reporting,
  • Electronic Prescribing & Medication Administration,
  • Clinical Documentation
  • Health Information Exchange (providing information flowing from Primary Care, other secondary care providers, regional and place based health and care records from multiple providers)
  • Clinical Decision Support
  • Maternity (currently BTHFT only)

This role provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with our neighbouring trusts to learn from their implementation, work alongside their BAU EPR team and leverage the Airedale implementation to support optimising the instance.
