Company:

My client is a specialist interiors contractor whos main services are drylining, ceilings, partitions, & decorating.

They have been trading for over 10 years and in such a short time have gained a great reputation within the sector.

Projects range from £500k to £8m in value and span across the commercial, residential, education, hotel, & leisure sectors.


The Role - Designer - Drylining:

Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Designer to contribute towards the development and execution of successful projects, serving as the mediator in all stages of design, the progression and delivery of system' standardand bespoke solutions, in collaboration with their internal and external design teams.


The role will include:

  • Advise on suitability of tender submittals, validate product performance and suitability.
  • Produce and assist in the production of compliant technical design, schedules and reports.
  • Manage allocated internal or external project design and engineering resource.
  • Programme, manage, quality review and approve design and engineering output. Manage information exchange and coordinate with project design

Designer Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a designer is essential
  • Previous experience in the drylining sector is essential
  • Degree or HNC is preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills

Designer Salary:

For this position they are offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus package. This will depend on previous experience and qualifications.
