We have a great opportunity for a dynamic PA/Office Manager to join a growing recruitment company in the medical sector for 25 hours per week.

Reporting to the Managing Director your duties will include:


  • PA duties for Managing Director, including arranging meetings, preparation of board presentations
  • Secretarial support for Sales Directors
  • Organising meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Manging the office by corresponding with central properties department and ordering supplies
  • Arranging staff events, incentives and travel arrangements
  • General office administrative support

Skills and attributes required:


  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Passion around exceptional service delivery
  • PA experience
  • Great organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Positive and confident attitude to work
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and anticipate office needs
  • Flexible and adaptable to working in a fastpaced sales environment
