We are on a mission to revolutionize the telecommunications industry and we need your help We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract.

You will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenanceof our Salesforce platform and will have the opportunity to drive real change and make a significant impact on the future of our company.


Responsibilities:


  • Join forces with our project team and bring your ideas to the table as we work to understand and deliver cuttingedge solutions.
  • Write Apex and Visualforce code that will push the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Collaborate with other teams and systems to create seamless and innovative integrations.
  • Ensure that data quality and security are maintained at the highest level.
  • Mentor and support junior developers and help them to reach their full potential.

General Responsibilities:

  • Embrace our company's project management and software development methodologies and help us to continue to drive innovation.
  • Attend regular team meetings and share your progress and insights with your colleagues.
  • Stay at the forefront of new Salesforce features and functionalities and help us to continue to lead the way.
  • Provide timely and accurate progress updates to stakeholders and help to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Follow best practices and standards for software development and help us to continue to set the bar high.

Requirements:


  • Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.) and a drive to continue learning and pushing boundaries.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model and a desire to constantly improve and optimize.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration and a passion for finding new and innovative solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and a willingness to embrace change and continuously improve.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a must and a genuine passion for the industry and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate and engage with stakeholders.

Note:
This role is outside IR35 and fully remote.
