Salary:
£35,000 per annum DOE + company vehicle

Overview:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily schedules, collect insulation materials, and conduct risk assessments.
  • Install loft insulation, fit eave trays, raised storage boards, and remove preexisting insulation.
  • Communicate issues to the Install manager and maintain exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure completion of necessary documentation and postinstallation evidence / photographs is supplied correctly and on time.
  • Adhere to industry and company quality standards for all work.
  • Maintain safety protocols, including van, ladder, and PPE checks,
  • Complete draftproofing to loft hatches.
  • Install insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete insulation projects
  • Work with a team to complete projects within specified deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in insulation installation.
  • Must hold NVQ 2 In loft insulation or working towards
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
