Our client based in Blackburn is a well-established manufacturing business who are currently looking to add to their team an experienced Assistant Accountant.

The business has a friendly culture and is a close team who work efficiently to support each other,with every day being different and quite fast paced.

The company is constantly evolving so will suit somebody who is looking to progress with an ever-expanding business.

The role involves:

  • Production of management accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Bookkeeping and VAT returns
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasting
  • Provide support to the financial controller
  • Reporting of monthly KPI's, stock movements, labour, and customer variables
  • Production of the gross margin reports
  • Monitor inventory movements within the supply chain
