We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a highly regarded full-service law firm based in Middlesbrough serving clients throughout the UK and further afield.

They have an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality advice with exceptional personal service and delivering excellence across the board. With a history spanning 30 years, they currently have eleven offices and a headcount of 190 employees.

This role will form part of their growing Business Support Team, based in the Middlesbrough office - it is a full-time position and consideration will be given to individuals who have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment.


Usual working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 08:45-17:15 Monday to Friday (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break) and you be based in the Middlesbrough office.

Although hybrid/flexible working will be an option for this role in time, initially you would be required to be full-time in the office in order for you to be able to gain a thorough understanding of the role, the business and their procedures.


DUTIES TO INCLUDE:


  • Develop talent acquisition and hiring plans; perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Work with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs for their teams.
  • Administer the endtoend recruitment process from job specification to offer; continually look for new ways to improve.
  • Continually review recruitment processes to ensure they are finding the best talent and recruiting in the most costeffective way.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and stay ahead of our competition in terms of bestpractice sourcing.
  • Establish recruitment pipeline for volumes roles.
  • Perform initial CV sift against job requirements creating shortlists for hiring managers to review.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new recruits.
  • Driving the employee referral scheme within the firm.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:


  • Experience in highvolume recruitment, minimum 3 years previous experience in a 360recruiting role gained in an agency and/or inhouse setting.
  • Knowledge of the job market, job boards and current recruitment trends.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn recruiter, job boards and headhunting.
  • Organisational skills, with a commitment to building internal and external relationships.
  • Previous experience gained from a customerfocused environment would be advantageous
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills creating simple and engaging messages.
  • Creative flair and an ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Comfortable working on your own initiative, making important decisions and seeking guidance where necessary and providing regular reports to the line manager.
  • High level of business integrity and professionalism with the ability to work on own initiative with little guidance.
  • An innovative, customerfocused and proactive approach to resolving problems; taking ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent use of IT and Microsoft packages.
