Job Summary

We are recruiting a Repatriation Coordinator to work as part of the Healix Medical Health Services team. Healix Medical Services provides a 24 hour medical advisory and worldwide repatriation and evacuation service.

Working alongside the medical team, you will be responsible for:

the coordination of all repatriation and evacuation cases; managing the escort availability roster; responding to requests from Crew Health clients to manage medical appointments; carry out escort audits and assist with invoice auditing and processing.

You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to prioritise your work whilst meeting client expectations.

This is a 37.5hr/week role, worked over 3 days.

Requirements, background, skills:

We are looking for experienced coordinators, if possible with prior knowledge of working with a medical environment, an international repatriation/evacuation setting, or the travel insurance sector.

In addition some, or all, the following areas of expertise would be desirable:

Language skills, in particular primary European languages; French, German or Spanish
A calm, diplomatic open style and approach, with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Proactive approach to work and analytical problem solving skills.
The ability to plan and organise own workload, and work well under pressure.
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
