Description

Alarm Communications Limited (ACL), an integral division of Marlowe Fire & Security Group, are looking to appoint an
Service Coordinator to provide contract support services to external stakeholders and engineers. At there offices based in London Fields E8


The Role


The post holder will need to have strong prioritisation skills and be a genuine multi-tasker in order to effectively perform in this role.

Administrative accuracy and strong customer service skills are essential to effectively fulfil the role.

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads follow up with clients with regards to quotes sent or required
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Place or cancel orders

About You

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with windows software systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Remuneration & Benefits
- £24-28,000 Subject to experience

  • 22 days holiday a year
  • Pension
