As the Head of Inclusion and Belonging you will have a high profile and influence across DCHS and the wider Derby and Derbyshire system.

You will support the Assistant Director of Organisational Effectiveness with leading on the staff equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement agendas for the Trust and work collaboratively on a whole system-wide approach across Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD), Derby and Derbyshire's Integrated Care System.
