Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Responsibilities
- Write and update job descriptions
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Assist with HR consulting (inbox management, providing advice and support)
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience in HR/ Recruitment or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of HR procedures, policies and strategies
- Time management and organisational skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- An interest in Human Resources is essential
- Business development skills are desired but not essential
