We're looking for an experienced and focused Recruitment Team Leader to join us in Birmingham City Centre. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for Recruiters with management experience to help us expand.

We're currently a team of 56 and there are endless opportunities to grow with us.

When you join you'll get our own Delivery Consultant allocated to you and external leadership training; you'll be able to state what you want for your career and future andwe will deliver on it.

We're offering hybrid working, flexi time, annual company holidays, mental health support and uncapped commission.

As a Recruitment Team Leader you'll get:

As a Recruitment Team Leader you'll be:

Leading the development of an existing team and driving business forward
Focusing on business development and managing existing relationships
Negotiating contracts with clients

Do you offer:

At least 1 year's worth of Team Leader/Management experience
At least 3 years of Recruitment experience
Client relationship building and management experience
Experience working to targets, deadlines and/or service agreements
