The Campus Recruitment Marketing Specialist is accountable for Brand guardianship from content design to delivery, overseeing the EMEA wide campus attraction strategy working in collaboration with regional counterparts to align and activate engaging campaigns.

Responsible for the strategic design and execution of all annual marketing, the Campus Recruitment Marketing Manager will also lead community management, digital and social media activation working in collaboration with vendor partners and global colleagues in our Firm Marketing, Digital and Social Media teams, whilst also initiating a tactical keep warm campaign targeted to both incoming and prospective hires across the campus talent attraction function.

What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

Marketing and Attraction activities

  • Act as custodian of the client's Employer Value Proposition, ensuring the proposition conveyed is purposefully deployed throughout the early careers recruiting cycle
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage and develop annual marketing, digital, keep warm, event and social media strategy for the function
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop the annual campus recruiting marketing content strategy and calendar with related storylines and creative content for the region, and for bespoke campaigns
  • Create professional print and digital promotional assets and liaise with internal partners such as corporate communications, marketing, legal and compliance to gain required approval for materials
  • Deploy a tactical and streamlined Keep Warm communications strategy to foster greater connectivity for programme converts/incoming hires, leveraging newsletters and community platforms (.e.g LinkedIn) to drive further connection to our employee proposition and brand
  • Roll out paid social media campaigns that generate high impact all year round, promoting the breadth of our offering, from early career opportunities to full time hire across all regional locations. Additionally, track and report on all social media campaigns
  • ROI Relationship management and vendor liaison with contracted student research, events and advertising agencies
  • In line with firmwide campus recruitment priorities, develop and deploy attraction strategies to support campaign plans, managing the annual media plan for campus recruiting working in conjunction with vendors and paid media partners
  • Implement global/local roll out of search and programmatic campaign where applicable (in partnership with Firmwide Marketing)
  • Internal engagement develop an Internal comms strategy, designed to keep wider campus team and internal marketing partners up to date with latest recruitment marketing insights, sharing useful tools and resources, social media & MS Today content, together with general campaign event updates
  • Campus Recruitment Marketing Jive Site review, adapt and maintain Jive site documents to stay relevant, utilising jive tracking tool to measure recruiter usability
  • In partnership with the recruitment marketing Campus Attraction Manager, oversee the function's attraction budget, delivering analysis on ROI and channel effectiveness

Team

  • Understands AMS people are a key market differentiator and genuinely commit to aligning team behaviour to the AMS charter
  • Manager/ mentor/ guide members of event team on best practice approaches, client culture and support them in achieving success in their roles
  • Escalate any issues to the Manager in relation to issues with the supply of recruitment services

What do I need to succeed in this role?

Must Haves:


  • Previous editing and content marketing knowledge
  • Experience in multichannel marketing, recruitment marketing or recruiting
  • Experience within an RPO, agency or inhouse environment
  • Leading technical and market knowledge in developing attraction, campaigns that can be tailored by region
  • Excellent knowledge of attraction channels and communication methods
  • Experience of presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Able to translate complex campaign requirements into clear, compelling, innovative solutions
  • Committed to identifying process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service
  • Excellent commercial understanding and experience of managing budgets and return on investment
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategy
