Yolk Recruitment is looking for a motivated and professional Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading electronic repairs company in Bridgend.

You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the customer services team to ensure they have a visible presence for support and coaching to reach targets and KPIs.

This new team leader will play a vital key part in maintaining their high retention of team members and ensuring repeat customers.


What you'll be doing:


  • Daily support of the customer services team
  • Setting and monitoring KPI's to confirm team performance in line with company targets.
  • Monitoring of customer sales patterns and identifying areas of improvements
  • Ensuring sales and customer services staff are focused on achieving their sales targets.
  • Support with training needs of employees
  • Being the main point of contact for the team, alongside internal stakeholder management
  • Staying updated on developments in the customer services field.
  • Be a handson member of the team when required and respond to company web enquiries.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Experience working in a high-level professional customer service /account management environment.
  • Experience supporting team members to thrive and perform to high standards.
  • Ability to embrace feedback, learn from results, and take responsibility for personal development to acquire new skills and share knowledge.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
