Administrator


  • Location: Newport
  • Salary: £1011 per hour
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Start Date: Immediate

Overview:

Our client is seeking a competent Administrator junior or seasoned professional to join their fun and friendly team in Newport.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role within the busy Supply Chain Team, performing various administrative duties.


Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with suppliers and update purchase orders with estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve purchase order invoice price queries.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to address any delivery discrepancies.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and flexible, with strong communication and keyboard skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as supplier interaction will be required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthend deadlines.

The Package on Offer:

  • Hourly wage: £1011 per hour.
  • Immediate start.
  • Ongoing position (no set end date)
  • Free parking.
  • No weekend work.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM schedule.
