Description
To work within the Secretarial Services team, providing clerical support to medical secretarial teams at Victoria Hospital and Queen Margaret Hospitals.
To provide a full administrative service to clinical and nursing staff within the Planned Care Directorate in order to support the provision of direct care and treatment of patients.
Up-to-date keyboard/typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages essential. Previous clerical/administration experience necessary, within a hospital environment advantageous.You must be able to lift and handle quantities of casenote folders, and to bend and stretch to retrieve and file casenotes, and to load/unload and manoeuvre casenote trolleys.
