Description
You will have good knowledge of cleaning products and know how to care for fine furnishings and fabrics.

Energetic and flexible in your approach, you will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to preempt needs, ensuring that the principals' expectations are exceeded, as well as take initiative.

Other duties will include laundry care, as well as cooking for the family when required.

There is a weekly schedule in place that you would need to follow so being able to take direction from the principals is important.


DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Cleaning including dusting, hoovering, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms
  • Cooking for the family
  • Caring for artworks, silver, high finishes etc.
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Adhoc duties
  • Working independently
  • Admin duties
  • Ensure the smooth running of the household
  • Traveling with the family when required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:


  • 10 years of Housekeeper experience in a private household
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written
  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility with hours and duties
  • Team player
  • Valid passport
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • DBS checked or willingness to obtain a DBS check
  • Excellent checkable references

£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
