Sales & Retention Agent - £21k plus quarterly on target bonus

40 hours per week Monday - Friday between the business hours of 08:45am to 17:30pm, plus one in every four consecutive Saturdays 08:50 to 14:00pm

We are currently recruiting for Sales & Retention Agent's to work for a fantastic client based in Preston Brook. The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for handling client enquiries for insurance quotations. You will bring in new business and renew existing client's policies.

Key Responsibilities include:

Contact potential clients using warm leads and referrals
Gather information from clients to assess their risk profile and offer the proper insurance solution
Building client relationships to retain clients at renewal stage
Fulfil company, regulatory and policy obligations in a professional manner

In order to be considered for this role, you must be self-motivated and thrive on achieving your sales.

You will work well within a team environment as well as be able to manage your own pipeline of opportunities.

You must be a clear and confident communicator.
