This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor who may be looking for development and progression in their career, of an existing OH&WB manager to work with a friendly and supportive team local to where they live.


The service comprises of 3 main sites and the role allows flexibility to be based at the site nearest to their home with the option of homeworking as part of their working week.

Now is a great time to working in a NHS OH&WB setting with the Growing Occupational Health model. The service is recognised at Board level and has a voice to drive change and support staff. This role will influence clinical decisions and improve the delivery of the service. The role is essential for the operational delivery of the service both to the Trust and to outside contracts.

You will be working with a friendly and diverse team who all have the same goal to offer an efficient service to staff and value working for an acute NHS Trust


To support the delivery of the Occupational Health service to all the hospitals within the MSB group and external organisations, ensuring that a proactive, comprehensive and clinically sound service is provided that supports the three Trust's workforce strategy and business objectives.


To significantly contribute to the proactive development of an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for all staff in the Trust and external organisations.

To manage the day-to-day functioning of the clinical spoke of the service.

To support the Clinical Manager of Occupational Health & Wellbeing in leading and advancing clinical practice in line with DH guidelines and legislation
