PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator will support the digital marketing / acquisition team in delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Support the digital marketing/acquisition team in managing admin processes such as raising purchase orders, managing approvals processes and creating reports
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results & trend analysis
- Prepare marketing performance reports
- Provide support with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels such as affiliates, social media, SEO and paid search
- Assist in creating relevant marketing content/copy as required
- Work closely with brand, planning and content teams to ensure digital marketing activity and timelines are aligned to broader marketing campaign timelines
- Monitoring and auditing marketing content to ensure it is up to date and compliant with regulations
- Maintain the first line of Risk/Compliance defence by ensuring individual adherence to business processes and procedures that are designed to meet the regulatory standards set out in the relevant FCA rules and guidance.
- Make informed risk decisions and effectively and credibly debate and challenge management recommendations within your role in line with the approved Risk Management Framework.
- Maintain the first line of defence by reviewing/supporting the risks and controls assigned to the department.
- Promote change through Root Cause Analyse from Risk events completed.
- Previous experience of working within a marketing or digital environment
- Demonstrable interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of outlook, word, powerpoint and excel
- Flexibility and a 'cando' attitude
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and perform to a high standard and working to deadlines
