Employee benefits )**We are looking for people to join our teams across Southampton as Saturday and evening Library assistants. These posts would suit someone looking for 6-10 hours extra work each week including Saturdays.

Libraries are open to all and central to their communities so you will be meeting and supporting local residents in their information, leisure and reading needs.

Your work will be varied and rewarding. You will be instrumental in promoting libraries and a love of reading to everyone, especially to families.


You will also love helping people and be confident in assisting people with issuing and returning their items, supporting information, book and technology enquiries and keeping the library fresh and tidy and in order so people can find what they need.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and progressive team.
