full-fibre broadband provider on a mission to transform the South of England's internet experience by delivering the fastest broadband, so homes, businesses, public services, and community groups can experience its life-changing full-fibre connectivity.

Telecoms Admin Coordinator, keen to be part of a dynamic team. You will support the network build process by ensuring that all build documentation is compiled, submitted and tracked with toob partners.
As our
Telecoms Admin Coordinator your key responsibilities will be to:
- Work with network deployment project managers and Delivery Managers to create a schedule of work for network assets that toob Ltd. will be deploying
- Liaise with the Strategy & Planning function to request location information and maps for network assets
- Track notifications for objections or consent to deploy the network assets
- Liaise with network deployment project managers and inform them of dates when build can commence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll bring to the role:
- **Experience of having created and maintained processes at a functional level.
- A structured approach to tasks
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of competency of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to use initiative and you have an innovative approach to problemsolving
- Great teamworking skills and a methodical, standarddriven approach
- Live within commutable distance to Portsmouth HQ as this is a hybrid role
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Understanding telecoms industry would be useful but is not a prerequisite
