Morgan Fire Protection are the specialist division of Marlowe Critical Services, focussing on installation, inspection and maintenance of
Portable Fire Extinguishers (
PFX) for our loyal and diverse client base. We are seeking an experienced and customer focused
Fire Extinguisher Sales and Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Servicing fire extinguishers, including, where appropriate, removing to discharge contents and refill
- Removing fire extinguishers that are no longer fit for purpose and replacing them with models that comply with British Safety Standards
- Ensuring adequate signage at customer premises
- Liaising closely with clients to ensure their fire risks are minimised and ensuring compliance with British Safety standards
- Planning allocated work to ensure customers within your area are seen in a timely manner
- Recording work and findings on a personal digital device (training will be given)
- Collect cash payments from customers
- Set up new maintenance contracts with customers
- Up/ cross sell to customers
- Liaising with the Service Desk, as required
- BAFE qualification required.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Fire Extinguisher Technician who has the drive and enthusiasm to provide an outstanding service to our customers every day.
- BAFE qualification is absolutely mandatory. Certification will be requested
- Must have good knowledge of current standards and legislation
- BS530
- Previous experience maintaining fire extinguishers, ideally 2 years plus.

- Ability to work independently as this is a field based role.
- Capability to problem solve.
- Ability to spot additional areas of sales opportunity.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Our remuneration packages consist of both a basic salary, combined with a generous commission structure
