Job Summary


We're hiring for a Support Worker in St Columb Major:
You will support a gentleman who has recently moved into his new home.

The support you provide will be centred around his values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.

Working in our friendly team you'll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Previous experience is not essentail. Visit our website for more information.

Your responsibilities:


  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
  • To develop daily living skills.
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support

About the role


Brandon exists to enable children, young people and adults with a learning disability, autism, or both, to live life in the way they choose.

We provide high-quality, individualised support to around 1,600 people and have a staff team of over 2,000.

Operating across southern England and London, support is provided by a widely dispersed workforce, including public spaces and the homes of the people we support.
