An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tractor Driver/Operative.

We are looking for an experienced Tractor Driver/Operative to cover St Albans/Harpenden & Hemel Hempstead areas. A knowledge of the and surrounding areas an advantage but not essential.


Duties:

Experienced tractor driver required with practical knowledge of grass cutting and side arm flail attachments

  • Driving licence is
    essential.
  • To carry out operational duties to the required standard and within the required timescale.
  • Maintain and clean all Company equipment that you use in the course of your duties.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure that you work safely in compliance with the relevant legislation and Company policies at all times.
  • Ensure that your work methods do not put your colleagues or members of the public at risk.
  • Complete weekly vehicle and plant inspection.
  • Report any faulty equipment promptly to Chargehand.

Customer Service

  • Project a professional and helpful image to customers.
  • Report any customer complaints to Supervisor.

Additional Duties

  • Undertake any training, as required.
  • Carry out any reasonable management requests.
Pay is dependant on experience and relevant industry qualifications.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • St Albans, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
