What's involved with this role:


Interim Support Officer/Administrator -Hybrid Working - PSR1JP

JOB INFO:

A Project Support Officer/ Administrator is needed on a contract basis for approximately 12 months, to work within a small Engineering /Technical team.

You will be a strong administrator with Minute / note taking skills.


What you'll do:


  • Provide first level support and guidance, communicating technical and practical information to ensure the Process work efficiently and meet business needs
  • Maintain and update record to ensure compliance with site processes and standards.
  • Produce minutes and actions for specialist meetings to support the implementation of business decisions
  • Coordinate data collation and undertake data analysis, identifying trends to contribute to internal decision making.
  • Use and maintain specialist systems, programs and procedures in line with agreed policies and practices
  • Where appropriate, assist in the training and development of others to appropriate standards.
  • Promote a positive customer experience, interacting with stakeholders to explain and resolve issues and problems or refer more complex issues appropriately.
  • Support the identification, collation and implementation of improvements in the Process for continuous development to improve performance and/or practices.
