- £10.42 Per Hour + Commission & Incentives

  • After a 6 month probation period you will be eligible for the Rowes Employee Benefit Scheme.

Working Hours:

What you'll do:
- _Have great conversations to meet our customer's needs, letting your personality shine_
- _Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers in organising the maintenance of their vehicle at time and place to suit them_
- _Be a Rowes Ambassador offering the right service at the right time_


Training and Development is hugely important to us which is why we'll teach you all you need to know about our amazing company, the services we can offer and how to deal with any challenge, no matter how big or small, so you can achieve your full potential as a Customer Retention Advisor.
