Administrator (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Mitie Team to provide administrative support in a varied and interesting role.


Duties include:
- ordering office supplies, equipment & uniform
- managing and completing spreadsheets
- providing a great customer service experience to our Mitie colleagues.
- working closely with Facilities Managers across the southern region
- cover other administrators as required
- produce regional reports showing regional compliance


You will assist the Regional Senior team with Ad Hoc requests to ensure accurate information is provided in a timely and informed manner.


Regular reviews of working practices should be completed in order to establish if process can be streamlined to drive efficiency.


Ideally with an administrative or customer services background, you should have strong IT skills with Microsoft office, have provided a good customer services experience, be able to prioritise, multi-task and be able to work to deadlines.

This position is for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
