Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Advisor/Expert to join one of our prestigious clients.

This will solely be working from home, but you MUST be able to collect the IT Equipment from and occasionally visit one of the following offices based in Sheffield, Eastleigh or Norwich.

This is a temporary position for initially 4 months with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 09.00am pm.


Pay rate:
£12.31 per hour


You will be:


  • Dealing with Customers via live chats, mailboxes & phone calls
  • Reducing the overall number of calls received
  • Updating systems with relevant information
  • Helping with a backlog
  • Add notes and log calls

Experience:


  • You must have excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to learn, Switched on and committed
  • Call centre experience is beneficial but not essential
