We are supporting our London based client with the advertisement of a new opportunity for a part time Office Administrator, working 3 days a week (with some flexibility) in a small but busy London office environment.

As Office Administrator, you will have responsibility for supporting all aspects of running a safe and efficient office.

This will include aspects such as being a point of contact with Company businesses wishing to use the office, health and safety matters, and suppliers of services to the office.


In addition, the Office Administrator will also interact with colleagues across the Company sphere, both in regards to coordinating events and meetings at the office in addition to ensuring the office is a welcoming and efficient hub for visitors.


Lastly, as Office Administrator you will offer support to the Office Manager / Executive Assistant based in the London office.


THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT- Previous experience within a high volume adminstration role. Must be proficient in all Microsoft software. Experience with Origo would be desirable. Excellent communication skills. Experience of maintaining stakeholder relationships. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation would be desirable. Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
JOB DESCRIPTION- Admin support to Office Manager/Executive Assistant, in addition to assisting the Managing Director with the scanning and filing of contracts. Accountability for maintaining office-based security system. Organise the inventory of all office materials. Arrange office repairs and replacements as required. Maintain phone contracts/mobile contracts. Responsible for all Incoming/outgoing mail. First point of contact for all office visitors, including compliance with security standards. Assist in the arranging of Events. Support and assist in travel arrangement bookings. Accountable for all Health & Safety, including the organisation of training, conducting regular testing, supporting inspections and complying with H&S procedures.- You may be asked from time to time be asked to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position. There will also be the requirement to travel occasionally, both internally in the UK and to Sweden._
