Our client based in the Bridge of Don is looking for a full time permanent Project Controls Administrator to join their team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generating financial cost reports for contracts, analysing and reporting variances between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Managing and overseeing variations in contracts, including identifying, quantifying, submitting, and agreeing on changes, while ensuring proper project controls are in place.
  • Support in compiling financial elements for client reports.
  • Collaborating with operations to ensure internal and client forecasts are promptly and accurately updated.
  • Coordinating with operations and clients to provide necessary information according to their needs.
  • Aiding in the preparation of monthly sales invoices and ensure their accuracy and timely posting.
  • Assisting the Project Accountant upon request.
  • Performing reconciliation exercises as needed.
  • Providing support for internal and external audits.
