We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand presence.


Duties:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product/servicerelated questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Provide information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive resolution

Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,857.56 per year
